Before you write
If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup time or a meeting point — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or your accommodation directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or travel agency, and we have no access to your booking.
We also do not run Santa Claus Village, SantaPark or any other attraction, and we cannot pass letters to Santa. For opening times on a particular day, lost property or accessibility arrangements, contact the attraction itself. In an emergency in Finland call 112.
